All families that relocate to San Diego need to get informed on best neighborhoods to raise kids and/or infants. It’s most common to look up for places that also have lots of other young families, specially for new moms who may not have family members or friends in town and would feel a lot more comfortable if they were living in a place where she could meet other moms on her same situation to share experiences and learn from each other, without having to live her neighborhood. Ramona

Ramona is very popular among San Diego locals as a great area for young families. Many of the young parents lived there at some point in their lives or know somebody who did and have always great things to talk about it. It is the perfect place for families that are looking for a small town to live in. If you are looking for a place that will welcome you and your family with open arms, you might consider moving in there. Poway

Poway is nice if you want a bit of country without being too far from the city, and it’s still considered the best school district in the county. Besides that, the SEA LIFE Carlsbad Aquarium, that is almost next door to LEGOLAND, is a great place where your kids can learn a lot about the marine life while having a lot of fun with a scavenger hunt that they call Quiz Trails. Encinitas

From the numerous city parks to the kid-friendly beaches, raising a family in Encinitas is considered ideal. Most of the residents hold a very high respect for the ocean and all marine life. Surfing and cycling are two major pastimes as are may other outdoors sports. With hundreds of after-school sports, arts, and music programs, this is an incredible place for those looking to give their families an awesome community to grow in. If you enjoy yoga sessions, you won’t be disappointed. There are plenty of yoga studios options for you to choose from. Last but not least, the schools in Encinitas are great.

Solana Beach

Solana Beach is mostly residential community that offers the beach lifestyle with many conveniences and amenities, not mentioning it hight safety. It’s one of those rare spots that doesn’t seem to change that much. There are a lot of fun things to do in the area. The most widely known area of Solana Beach is the Cedros Design District. The people who live there are people who want to live near the beach and, are very active and enjoy being outside. More than anything, Solana Beach is a family town.
