Thinking of buying a home? Or selling your existing home? Both? Courtney is your go to real estate agent. She services all of San Diego and can assist in your real estate needs throughout the world. Courtney was born in Virginia Beach and spent her elementary years in Greensboro North Carolina. Her family moved to San Diego in 1995, following a career opportunity for her father, where she has lived ever since! Courtney worked in the financial industry for 12 years specializing in private client wealth management. While working with clients to finance their dream homes, remodels and investment properties, she developed an intense love of real estate. Courtney got her real estate license in 2013 and worked on home mortgages until making the move to a real estate agent.

Courtney is married and has 3 children. She is an active member of her community donating time to help those in need. For the past 2 years she served on the board of directors for Poway Real Estate Professionals.

Fun fact: Courtney is a varsity softball coach at Rancho Bernardo High School. She’s been coaching softball there since 2013. Being an alumni of RBHS she feels it is important to give back not only to the school she loves so much but also to the younger generation. And selfishly it helps keep her young!

Sean and his team are very professional and easy to work with! He helped my family purchase in 2018. This was my second home purchase with Sean and his team. I will continue to go to him for any mortgage needs. He gives you his full attention and is always available when you need to. His knowledge of the process is very thorough which is so comforting when dealing with the largest expense. Definitely, recommend him 1000%!!!

We can’t thank Sean and the rest of his team enough for the integral role they played during our home buying process. We searched for nearly six months before finding the perfect house and with each step of the way, Sean was always readily available to answer any questions we had (there were many) and provide his expertise. I particularly appreciated the way he was able to share information via video emails so that even if we didn’t have time to chat over the phone at that moment, we could watch his video and feel like we’re meeting in his office! From start to finish, every person on his team assisted in making our transaction as smooth as possible. They worked efficiently to obtain all of our paperwork, always maintaining clear and timely communication. The lending process can typically be lengthy, tedious, and let’s face it– boring. That being said, Sean made it a point to ensure we were well-educated about our decision, while simultaneously being a genuinely pleasant (and funny!) person to work with. Bottom line: go with Sean and you will not be disappointed! We will continue to recommend him to anyone we know looking to buy.

This was an incredibly difficult Loan to get and included a 3rd party equity investor, Sean and his team worked diligently to make this happen. Of course there were bumps in the road but that’s what happens when your trying to get a difficult loan. At the end of the day we were funded and in record time – 22 days. Unheard of.

The good thing is that Sean and his team are always on top of things, and quick to react. It was good to see whenever I called him or texted, got a response immediately or in most cases within 1 hour.He has the experience to answer some challenging questions, and provide insight and clarity on their strategy used to ensure you get the best deal. Great job overall.
